Welcome to the reef33 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between reef33 and its users ("Members"). They apply whenever you access reef33's services through the website, mobile app, or any other channel.

Reef33 is an internationally licensed online betting platform offering Sports Betting across 12+ categories — including cricket, football, tennis, and kabaddi — as well as online jackpot games. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Reef33 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via their registered email or app notifications. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on reef33:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• All details provided at registration — including your name, mobile number, and address — must be accurate and truthful.
• Registering with false information is a serious violation of reef33's Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials secure.
• Accounts must not be shared with or accessed by any third party.

As part of its identity verification (KYC) process, reef33 may request a copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is completed.

The following payment rules apply at all times on reef33:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100. Maximum ৳5,00,000 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. No additional withdrawal fees apply.
• Only payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank) registered in the member's own name may be used.
• Transactions made using a third-party payment account will be cancelled and may result in account suspension.
• Reef33 complies with anti-money laundering regulations. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. Delays may occur if KYC has not been completed.

The following rules apply when placing bets on reef33:

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳20. Maximum limits vary by market and event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where a cash-out option is available.
• Reef33 reserves the right to change the odds on any match. Odds on already confirmed bets will not be affected.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• Reef33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In live betting, bets are accepted after the odds are locked at a specific moment.

In an accumulator bet (multiple selections combined into a single bet), winnings are calculated by multiplying the odds of all selections. If any single selection is incorrect, the entire bet is lost.

The following terms apply at all times to reef33's bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus offer has a specific Wagering Requirement, which is stated on the promotions page.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Some bonuses have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Reef33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• VIP programme benefits are granted at the discretion of management and may change at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on reef33:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Placing artificial bets or deliberate losing bets to qualify for bonuses.
• Attempting to manipulate the system using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Betting using insider information or match-fixing information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Misconduct or threats directed at reef33 staff.

Reef33 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Request from law enforcement authorities.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting reef33 Support. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure may be withdrawn, but incomplete bonus balances will be forfeited.

Reef33 may charge an inactivity fee on accounts dormant for more than 12 months. Members will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

Reef33 believes betting is entertainment, not a source of income. That's why we take responsible betting seriously. Members are encouraged to make use of the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Automatically stop betting once a set loss limit is reached.
• Session Timer: Automatic logout after a period of inactivity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a set period.

If a dispute arises, contact reef33 Support in writing first. The support team will respond within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with their decision, you may escalate your complaint to a higher level.

• All dispute-related complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the bet date.
• Reef33's decisions are final, though a reasonable appeals process is in place.
• Complaints regarding irregular odds in live betting must be submitted within 72 hours.

Reef33 may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days before they take effect. Minor changes may be made without prior notice.
